Fela was sitting on his sofa on my arrival, I went into Fela and said hello and he greeted me with a beautiful smile and appeared very happy, I encouraged Fela to drink his juice.
I had handover and then returned into the lounge to Fela, I asked Fela if he would like me to clean his keloids, Fela said yes but then started to become agigtated, I left the room to give Fela space.
I kept checking on Fela and he was agitated on and off, at one point he became very agitated, please see arousal report.
I encouraged Fela to relax and lie down and he did, I closed the curtains and put relaxing fireplace music on, Fela relaxed but didn’t go to sleep.
We had our evening meal and Fela was happy but did become agigtated and vocal but this only lasted for moments, Fela didn’t finish his evening meal until 6.55pm due to this.
After Fela finished he went to the toilet and sat down for 30min, Fela had a small bowel movement.
I did the board with Fela and I had put walk at home on the board, Fela clearly told me finished and removed the card from the board and gave it to me.
Fela then sat in his rocking chair in the lounge and I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, Fela’s right keloid as been itching alot and appears very dry.
Fela had his evening snack at 8pm and needed prompting while eating this.
At 8.45 Fela went to have his evening bath.
Fela as been very up and down all evening, one minute lots of beautiful smiles and laughter and then unhappy.
I have asked Fela this evening, on lots of occasions, if he would like me to sit with him but Fela as clearly told me No, he seemed to like me keep popping in and checking on him, giving me a beautiful smile each time but then telling me to go.

While I was preparing the evening meal Fela became very agitated, while sitting on his sofa, he was rocking very hard, clapping his hands, clicking his finger's and very noisy.
Fela became agitated while eating his evening meal a couple of times but this only lasted a minute. Did he have a bowel movement?
