When i arrived Fela was still in the shower, Chloe has then supported Fela with his morning routine before coming down stairs for breakfast and morning supplements . Fela has sat at the table and said pray well before eating breakfast.

Once Fela had finished breakfast i have done the board with Fela and Emma has put on some Jazz music. Staff have then done some chores before Fela had his snack and got ready to watch Church on the TV this was from 11:00 till 12:00 . Once Church had finished Emma has done Fela trainers with him cleaning them. Staff have then got the back ready and all the items to which Carla had requested for use to take with us.
Once at Mamas and Michael Fela has gone in taken of his shoes and said hello to Michael who was in the kitchen. Fela has then gone into the front room to put on his apron and sit at the table ready for lunch. Mama has then joined us at the table to serve lunch. We have all said pray and then lunch was served.
Once lunch was finished we have all had pudding. When Fela had finished pudding he has chose to sit on the chair in the front room and Emma then put some music on the tv which was making us all sleepy.
After a while Fela has started to pick at his keloids and made them bleed so Emma has cleaned them up and put a dressing on before Fela went upstairs to sit on the red sofa this was about 15:00. Fela has not come down from up stairs till about 16:40 and then got ready to return home. Fela has said good bye to Mama and Michael and then got in the car and returned home.
Once at home Fela has taken his trainers of and his hoodie before sitting on the sofa listening to jazz . The board has been done but Fela has asked for on card to be removed which staff did.
Fela has then had dinner and supplement Fela ate a lot slower at dinner time. Once finished Fela has chose to sit at the table for a short period before going and sitting on the sofa again. Fela has requested a lot of a lone time today. Before supper Fela has asked me for skull tapping which i have done with Fel.
Once Fela had his supper and supplement again he requested some alone time but before bath Fela has asked me to sit with him.
AT 20:30 staff have run the bath and Fela has used the toilet before getting into the bath at 20:45, staff have supporter fela withe personal care. At time of report Fela is in the bath splashing away.
