I arrived for my shift just before 4.30pm and fela was still at mama and micheals. O waited for Teresa to arrive on Teresa arrival we headed up to Carla and micheals. On arrival fela was in the bathroom micheal past over fela hadn’t been awake long and was slow processing. Micheal then showed me the new cream and dressing for fela face . We then left and returned home.
On retuning home fela took of his outdoor ware and was very nosiy. Fela went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music.
Fela then sat down for dinner said prayer and ate well after dinner fela went and sat down in his rocking chair and I did the board with fela. Fela then relaxed listneing to music. We then got ready to for a walk. We left at half 6 and went on a neighbourhood walk fela did well and worked up a good sweat. Fela was vocal on and off but was happy to continue walking we walked for good hour. We then returned home. Fela took of his shoes and jumper. Fela then went sat in his rocking chair. Fela then went sat in the bathroom. Fela sat in toielt then flushed it would appear that fela had bowel movement but hard to say as fela had flushed before we could check.
Fela then sent sat at the table for his snack. Shortly after his snack fela went in to the bathroom. Fela got undressed and in to the bath. I supported fela with his personal hygiene.
On wrting this report fela is splashing away in the bath.
