Fela did his routine really well and used the toilet 3 times before getting into bed, fela was asleep for around 10:45. Fela woke at 1:45 and used the toilet and then got back into bed ( see arousel) fela went quiet around 5:15am and then he woke at 8:40 I took his tea up and he did his routine well but very noisy downstairs and breakfast had and is now taking supplements as I’m writing this
