Shift Report:
Arrived at felas he already had breakfast and was sitting on his rocking chair listening to music. Had a snack around 11 am and shortly after went to the toilet. We went to the gym and Fela exercised for about 45 mins. When we got home Fela had a change of clothes and sat on the toilet for about 15 mins until it was lunch time. He then had a snack around 3.30pm and after that Fela had a rest on his chair and then we did foot physio, head massage and makaton. Fela was settled when I was leaving
