Fela completed his night time routine well. Used the toilet before and after his bath, fela was in bed for 9.30pm, and was quite straight away. I didn’t hear fela until 4am, I prompted fela to the toilet fela used the toilet was very vocal. Fela then got back in to bed, I could hear fela humming so I went and checked he was okay and double checked his bed was try, I could hear fela humming for rest of the morning. Fela got out bed and used the toilet again around 5am. Fela was still vocal so I took fela his pear and tea up at 6.50 am. Once fela had finished this I asked if he wanted 5 or shower fela asked for 5. Once fela had 5 I went up to him and he started his morning routine. Used toilet before shower and had large bowel movement Fela asked for 5 while in the shower I gave him five. Fela completed his morning routine very well, has been very vocal throughout the morning but appears happy.
When Fela was getting dressed I noticed he had what looks like a blister on his little toe in between his little toe and the one next too it, I have took a picture on fela phone can we please keep an eye on it, (I think it was on fela right foot)
Fela was downstairs for breakfast for 8.20, fela said pray well and ate breakfast neat and tidy

On writing this report fela is relaxing in his rocking chair.
