Fela was finishing off his morning refreshments on my arrival, I had handover and then went upto Fela, he then finished his refreshments.
Fela was vocal throughout his morning routine and needed alot of prompting, once downstairs Fela had his breakfast and then his supplements, vocal throughout.
Fela then relaxed listening to music and i did the board, staff then did chores, due to the heavy rain the walk was changed to walk at home.
Fela completed the full 20min of walk alone but was vocal throughout, we gave Fela lots of prompting and encouragement, he reluctantly completed it all and then did approximately 10 minutes on his exercise ball while listening to music.
Fela then relaxed listening to music, Emma arrived and had handover and then Fela had his lunch, after Fela sat listening to music.
Fela had his afternoon snack and then we did the Makaton signs for the weather, Fela did well, after I started to read Fela the Olaf story but he was vocal, he then took himself off to the toilet, so I put the book away, once out of the toilet Fela signed rice, food and five minutes, so I left Fela alone watching his dvd.
Fela as being very noisy and vocal throughout the shift.
