I arrived for my shift at 9am fela was in the shower, I had handover from zoe. At 9.20 I went up to fela and he asked for 5 so gave him 5. At 9.30 fela got out of the shower and completed his routine well but need a lot of prompting. Fela was downstairs and ready for breakfast atv10.25,fela got his apron on and said prayer well then ate neat and tidy. As fela was eating breakfast he asked for 5 so left fela to eat his breakfast. I went back into him and he had finished his porridge and pointed to chair for me to sit and I sat with fela while he had his supplements.
At 10.50 fela went and said in his rocking I did fela board and then fela sat relaxing listening to jazz, I then did social story for alicia coming.
Atv11.40 fela used the toilet then we left to go for a walk we went to chatterly whitefield and have lovely walk around fela was full of smiles. While on walk fela sat at bench and had his water and orange, once fela had finished we headed for car the return home. On arriving home fela took of his shoes and coat then got his apron on ready for lunch, we said prayer then fela ate his lunch he ate this neat and tidy.
After lunch fela went and sat in his chair and asked for dvd fela choose to watch little women, just after 2 alicia came for her meet and greet fela said hi then asked for 5 and for us to go , so left fela to watch his dvd. Fela came into the staff asked for dvd to be paused then used the toilet, fela had bowel movement once finished in the bathroom he went and carried on watching his dvd. Alicia went and said goodbye to fela and he was ed back.
At 15.e0 fela had his snack and asked for 5, once dvd had finished I put Joseph and the amazing technical colour music kn for fela then cleaned and creamed fela keliods.
I asked fela if he wanted a facial trim and he said yes so gave fela a nice facial dial time he seemed to e joy this. After I have finished the trim we gave fela couple cotton pads with witch hazel on and also put of aleo gel as fela had been rubbing/itching at his face so he could use them at his leisure.
Fela the used the toilet and after wards he helped angelia set the tables for dinner. We sat down for dinner at 18.00 fela said prayer very well and ate neat and tidy. After dinner ner fela went I to the bathroom used the toilet and we notice fela had scratched his face so once fela had finished I toilet he went a d sat I his rocking chair and I cleaned fela keliod and applied a dressing.
At 19.30fela and angelia did 15min walk at home while I did some chores, fela then choose to watch little woman on dvd, myself and angelia sat with fela and he seemed happy with this.
Fela then had his snack. At 20.30 fela spoke to mama in the phone, after fela had finished on the phone he went used the toilet then got in to the bath.
