When I arrived on shift Fela was just coming down for his breakfast. Fela ate well and after he had a cup of tea and listened to music while staff done chores
We done the board and shortly after Fela had his snack and we then got ready and headed out for a walk in tunstall park. Fela done really well. We returned home and Fela listened to music while lunch was prepared. Fela ate and drank well.
Fela then used the toilet and sat for a long time continually requesting 5 and he did have a bowel movement. Fela then requested to lay down. Fela lay down for approx 40 minutes but did not sleep. He got up and used the toilet again, and had another bowel movement.
Fela then had his snack and we all done his jigsaw, Fela gave up after a short while and pointed to the sofa.
We then got ready and headed out to get fuel.
Fela used the toilet and requested extra time numerous times but did not have bowel movement.
Fela had dinner and was full of smiles throughout. He then had some cake and was grinning from ear to ear.
Once finished his dinner Fela (vocally and with makaton) put a request for ‘peanut butter and jam toast’ in for his snack and then giggled and sat on the sofa and watched Aladdin.
Fela then had his snack. Shortly after fela moved to the bathroom and is now in the bath splashing away.
