9am fela was sitting at the table just finishing his breakfast.
At 9.25 zoe did the board with fela. While fela was relaxing to music staff did some chores. Fela then cleaned his little table and rocking chair.
At 9.50 am zoe cleanedcand creamed helios.Fela then asked for five and we encouraged him to turn his time over. We explained that his time was five minutes. Zoe went back in to fela while I did dishes and asked if he wanted her to sit with him and he said no 5 so zoe told fela to turn his time over again as that is 5 minutes .
At 10.25 u asked fela if he like to help make his snack he said no. But I then went hot bowel and chopping board out and asked fela if he wanted to pick his fruit and he came in to kitchen and picked fruit then I encouraged fela to cuz his fruit he did this and did amazing job. Fela then went and sat in his rocking chair and staff sat with fela and encouraged him to eat meat and tidy.
Once fela had finished he used the toilet
At 11.10 we got ready to go for walk. We went to chatterly and had lovely walk around. We then went got had and electric on way home. Then called into green pastures to collect somethings for fela from carla.
We returned home at 12.10 fela took of shoes sat in rocking chair and listened to music. Shortly after we sat down for lunch fela said prayer and ate very neat and tidy. Once lunch was finished fela dried the lunch time dishes rewarded with sticker.
Fela then went and sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. At 13n10 zoe sat on sofa with fela and read him a story.
At 1.30pm Emma arrived for her shift we had handover. I then went and did board with fela, shortly after we watched YouTube video for cinema and fela did this very well.
Fela then got his shoes on and used the toilet before we left to go the cinema, we arrived and sat down for the film. Just before the film started I cleaned and creamed fela keliods as he was scratching at them a lot .Fela was full of smiles while in cinema but spent a lot of the time looking at his feet but was very relaxed. Once film had finished at 16.20pm we left and headed for home. We arrived home at 16.45. Emma cleaned and creamed fela keliods.
On returning home fela took of his shoes and went sat in his rocking chair, listend to music while staff start preparing evening meal.
We sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate meat and tidy. After fela had finished dinner and pudding he went sat in his rocking chair and listend to music while his dinner settled. I did the board with fela and he appeared happy with the activities for tonight .
At 19.30 myself and fela did walk at home fela did very well at this and completed the full 15min video. Afterwards fela sat in his rocking chair and listend to relaxing jazz.
At 19.55 fela help to make his snack and was full of smiles fela then carried his plate in to the lounge and had his snack. After snack fela had his cup tea.
At 20.30pm fela had phone call of mama shortly after fela got of the phone he went in to the bathroom used the toilet then got undress ready for his bath. After fela had got undress he stayed sitting on toilet and asked for 5. Emma went into fela and he finished on toilet he had very small bowel movement but was blood.
At 21.09 fela got into the bath
On writing this report fela is happily relaxing in the bath
