Fela well and smiley this morning when I arrived on shift. He was just coming downstairs after finishing his morning routine. Fela then got his apron on and sat to say his prayer before having his porridge with nuts and seeds at the table. Fela also had his supplements and a drink (nest and tidy). He then took out his dishes before returning to his chair.
Afterwards Fela chose to listen to some music whilst Zoe did HANDLE and explained to myself whilst doing so.
Later Fela used the toiled to pass urine and washed his hands and then had a snack of nacho chips and houmous. Fela then chose to continue with listening to music.
Some time later Fela used the bathroom to pass urine and washed his hands before lunch. Fela appeared to be slightly aggetated whilst eating this. All eaten and drink drunk. Fela then had a piece of cake for his pudding. Fela took out his dishes and returned to his chair.
Fela requested time to himself and staff did chores for the day.
Paige later arrived for her shift and did the board with Fela. Myself and Paige then got ready to go out and Fela got his coat, shoes etc on. We went to the butchers for some meat and Fela was very happy to go in with myself and Paige and was smiley and happy vocal whilst in there.
We then returned to the car and drove home and Fela had a snack. Fela then did walk at home with paige whilst I prepared tea. After completing this, Fela became aggetated and requested time to himself whilst he watched a d.v.d. Fela became calmer and relaxed.
Paige cleaned Felas keyloids and there was a odour whilst doing so. Kuda arrived at 16.40 and I introduced myself.
No concerns and Fela continued to watch dispicable me.
