18/02/2020 – Sleep shift – paige podmore

Shift Report:

Fela completed his bedtime routine swiftly. He got into bed and said his prayer and went to sleep. Fela woke up at 11.30, Fela was making a lot of noise rocking back and forth on his bed. I prompted Fela to go to the toilet. Fela went to the toilet and passed urine. Fela then got back into bed and was quiet for about 5 minutes before he started to be very noisy again, this continued until 12.10. Fela then went to sleep. Fela woke up again at 2am, Fela was bouncing on his bed and been very vocal. I prompted Fela to the toilet again and he was stamping on the floor while in the toilet. Fela eventually passed urine and got back into bed. Nfela sat on his bed rocking and been vocal for a whole. Fela went back to sleep at 2.50am.. I didn’t hear from Fela again until 06.35. I prompted Fela to the toilet. He passed urine. Fela had a big smile on his face. I took him a drink and snack up at 06.55. Sometime later Fela went into the toilet and took of his pajamas and got into the shower. I stripped one of felas pillows as it had a little blood on it. The rest of the bed was fine. I then left Fela in the shower to have a wash. Sometime later I went up to Fela, he had a smile on his face. I prompted him out of the shower and he came and got dry. Fela brushed his teeth and out his cream on and brushed his hair. Fela then sat on the bed and got dressed. Fela got dressed really well and was laughing and smiling. Fela then came downstairs and sat at the table for breakfast. While Fela was eating he got very noisy rocking back and fourth slapping the table. This lasted for about 3 minutes and then he proceeded to eat his breakfast.
