18/02/2021 – Sleep shift – alicia keenan

Shift Report:

Fela got out of the bath at 21:40pm, had his tincture and dried himself. Fela then used the toilet (urine only) and then made his way upstairs.

Once upstairs fela became very agitated, fela put his pyjamas on and did apply deodorant but was too agitated to allow me to apply any other creams. The agitation lasted around  15 minutes,fela was jumping up and down, clapping his hands, making guttural noises and stamping his feet. I asked fela if he needed the toilet, fela got up and went to the toilet, he remained on the toilet for around 35 minutes, once finished  fela then brushed his teeth.

Fela then got into bed at 10:30pm, he put his mask on, we said prayer, music left on and we said good night.

Fela appeared asleep at 11:30pm.

After looking at the cameras fela woke at 4:40am.

I then heard fela at 5:25am humming, I prompted fela to the toilet, and then prompted him back to bed (urine only).

I took fela his supplements, tea and fruit up at 7:25am.

Fela made his way to the bathroom at 7:45am, he used the toilet (urine only), fela then got into the shower,I prompted fela to wash and then have him time to relax.

Fela got out the shower and I assisted him With his morning routine, all creams applied and teeth brushed.

Fela came downstairs, put his apron on and then sat down, we said prayer and fela ate neat and tidy.

All supplements taken.
