Fela was sitting at the dining room table when I arrived at 0900. He had finished his breakfast and supplements. Fela took went to sit in the living room and listened to music in his chair.
Fela had his snack at 1030 while listening to music. Fela has been very vocal.
Fela was asked if he wanted to help set the table and he declined. Fela sat down for his lunch at 1235, Said his prayer with staff and ate very nicely.
At 1310, Fela was then encouraged to lie down on the sofa for a rest. Fela lay for an hour but did not go to sleep.
Fela then used the toilet before getting ready to go out in the car at 1510. We had a brisk but not very long walk around Tunstall park. Fela was still very vocal.
Fela had his snack in the car and we arrived home at 1555.
Fela sat down in his chair and I did the board with him and he was also read his social story about sleeping at home.
Fela then chose a dvd to watch. Fela was a little quieter watching this and wanted staff to sit with him.
Fela’s evening meal was ready at 1815. He said his prayer with staff and ate this very quickly and seemed to really enjoy it.
Fela was then offered the choice of ice cream or yoghurt and he said, very clearly, ‘yoghurt’. He ate all of this and took his bowl to the sink. Fela then wiped the table and swept the floor with a few verbal prompts and a lot of encouragement.
Fela then chose to watch the Lion King at 1845.
At 1915, fela allowed me to clean his keloids while he had a foot spa.
Fela had his snack at 2000. I gave fela the choice of coral reef music or the jazz. He chose the jazz. Fela has began to quieten down now.
Fela then had 15 minutes of HANDLE with the spiky ball on his head, before mama called to speak to fela at 2030.
Fela then used the toilet and got undressed to get into the bath. He seems a lot more relaxed now. He is currently splashing in the bath.
Fela has used the toilet independently when prompted and taken his daily supplements.
