Fela did his routine well and was in bed for around 10:20 I didn’t hear fela until around 2:50 he used the toilet and then got back into bed fela did go back to sleep and was noisy until I took his tea and fruit up, he then did his routine well and was downstairs 8:30 breakfast and supplements taken and is just finishing his water
