Fela was in his rocker at the start of the shift and appeared to be quite happy. He was listening to music.
At 1700 I did the board with fela which he seemed happy with.
At 1810, dinner was ready, fela said prayer and ate nicely.
When finished at 1830, fela used the toilet and then sat on the sofa and I spent time with fela in the lounge, watching the dvd. I put on something different for fela and he seemed to be enjoying it. He was quiet and content and paying attention.
At 1845 I asked if he would like his keloids cleaned and he said yes.
Fela then was encouraged to get his shoes on ready for a walk around the neighbourhood. Fela used the toilet before leaving. We had a very fast paced walk and we were back for 1945.
Fela took off his shoes and sat down. We continued the dvd. He was very sweaty so I asked fela to take his jacket off and his top was damp from sweat so he took that off and his vest. I opened the patio door and fela drank his tea with his shirt off. I kept on asking fela if he was cool enough, until he said yes. Then he put his clean top on. I left the patio door open and kept asking if he wanted me to close it. Until he said he did. Fela has seemed in a very good mood. Smiling and giggling.
I did 20 minutes of Handle with fela. Using the spiky ball for a head massage and then I sat behind fela and did some Skull Tapping with him.
At 2000, fela had his snack and then at 2025, I cleaned fela’s keloids again. Fela is still very happy.
Fela had a phone call off mama at 2030. He said goodbye at 2050 and then fela went to sit on the toilet.
Fela passed urine and then got undressed and into the bath. Fela did his bath routine well and was relaxing in the bath at 2100.
Fela has had all his supplements for this shift.
