I arrived on shift at 9 am and fela was doin his morning routine. He had just got out the shower and was sittin on the bed wen I went up to say hello. I went down to start his breakfast. Once finished fela came down got his apron on went into the lounge. He then sat at the table and had his suppliments and then his breakfast. Emma arrived and we had handover with Claire. Fella finished his breakfast and went relax on the sofa listening to music. He had almond oil on his fingers and had a hand massage off Emma. I then cleaned and creamed felas keilods. He then did walk at home with me n Emma. After 11 mins he went to the toilet and the wanted a dvd. He chose little women. He had is suppliments and then his lunch. He became very adjatated at the table so we left the room.. He drank his water. Then sat for a while at the table. He the got up and wanted go to the toilet. He had a bowel movement then asked zoe for a head massage.. After fela asked to lie dwn. He wanted zoe to move the cushion and she said fela u can do that. He began gettin adjatated tryin to grab zoe and then stood up he tried to grab zoe agen so we exited the room.. He then calmed down and sat on the sofa listening to music. Angelina then arrived and we had handover.
