18/07/2020 – Sleep shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:

Fela passed urine before his bath and had a nice soak.

At 9.50pm Fela pulled the plug out and watched his water go down, Fela became very agitated, please see arousal state, this lasted for approximately 20min, once our of the bath Fela dried himself, he became agitated on and off but only lasting for a matter of seconds.

Fela went upstairs and completed his night routine well.

Fela was tucked up in bed for 22.40pm, prayer said and eye mask on, music cd left on repeat.

I could hear Fela on and off gently humming until around 11.40pm, looking at the camera Fela didn’t go to sleep until 12 midnight.

I have looked at the camera and Fela was awake from:-

12.30 – 1.15

2.15 – 3am

4.23am still awake from.

I did not hear Fela until 6.13 am and Fela went to the toilet and returned to bed.

I heard Fela at 7.15am, so I went into Fela, I gave Fela his Vitamin C drink and he appeared happy, while drinking his drink Fela became agitated, please see arousal state, this didn’t last for very long, once calm Fela lay back down and I thought it best to leave the other supplements until later.

At 8.24am I heard Fela laughing, I went into Fela and he had his two remaining supplements, he then requested five minutes and lay down.

 

 

Arousal States – Start: 1 Baseline End: 1 Baseline Did his state change? Yes to 5 – Very Agitated Fela let the water out of his bath and once it had all gone he became very agitated, gutteral noises, rocking back and forth and side to side, clapping hands, this lasted for around 20 minutes.

When I went into Fela and gave him his Vitamin C drink Fela appeared happy and started to drink his drink, Fela became agitated, tapping his head with his fingers and then hitting his open palm on his head and rubbing his head, this only lasted a couple of minutes, I then encouraged Fela to lie down. Did he have a bowel movement? No Bristol score: Was Fela incontinent?: No Did he have vigorous exercise?: –
