Fela was listening to music when I arrived on shift. Staff done some chores and then we got ready to go to the gym but fela took himself to the toilet briefly so we were a few minutes late. We sat with James the trainer and spoke about what exercise fela would be doing, we then went into the gym and fela used the machines that James thought would be good for him and then after James weighed fela and got his bmi. James said the forms with all the details will be ready next week to collect.
We then returned home and staff prepared lunch. Fela ate and drank well and then dried all the dishes after we ate. Fela then watched a movie and once that was over we headed out to Lidl to get some shopping that was needed. Fela stayed int he car for this but was happy. We returned home and as education was cancelled fela done some colouring but asked staff to go.
We then had dinner and once felas food had settled we headed out for a drive and walk.
We returned home fela had his snack, listened to music and then spoke to Carla in the phone before getting ready for his bath. Fela is now in the bath happily splashing away
