I arrived for my shift and fela was sitting watching jungle book, I had handover from adele and alicia. Fela was in very happy mood.
I went in to fela to see if he wanted me to sit with him and asked for 5, so I encourage fela to turn the timer on his table over.
Fela got up then went to the toilet fela sat on the toilet, fela had bowel movement that was normal and no blood. After fela had finished in toilet I cleaned and creamed his keliods abs then did fela board with him and he appeared happy with today activities.
At 18.15 we sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy after fela had finished his dinner he had pudding. Once fela had finished he went and sat in his rocking chair and listened to Joseph and the amazing technical colour dreamcast. I explained to fela in 10 mins he would have a facial trim I did this by using my hand and showing then fela gave thumps up.

Fela took coats,shoes off and then went and sat in his rocking chair listend to music had snack and tea.
Fela then relaxed listening to music. Fela went in to the bath room and used the toilet before getting undressed ready for his bath. Fela got in to the bath and completed his personal care.
