I cane in shift and fela was still up stairs with mama getting dressed, he cane downstairs and had breakfast, Janet then arrived and I did the board with him, fela lived handle training, and had snack halfway through, Janet finished and fela waved goodbye, we had lunch and then I did the board, we got ready to go to his orthotics appointment, and fela did well, they said see how fela goes on with theses and of any problems to ring and make an appointment, we returned home and fela had snack, he relaxed watching a movie, fela is in a lovely mood
