Fela was having his breakfast when I arrived. he finished off his supplements and then Zoe done the board with Fela and then put some music on for him. Shortly after we got ready to go. We arrived at Tunstall park and Fela was really happy and smiley, we got out and done a big walk around and after we sat in the cafe and had a cup of tea. we returned home and prepared lunch. Fela ate well and after he had a foot spa with epson salts and relaxing music so he could chill out before drumming. He then lay down and fell asleep but dan rang and the phone woke Fela up. we then got ready and headed to drumming. Fela done really well and was very happy while there. we drove home and Fela was very sleepy and we struggled to keep him awake. When we got home we started to prepare dinner. Fela ate and drank well and after Zoe put the grinch on for him, again he was starting to fall asleep so Zoe rang Carla and she called Fela early so he could start his routine a little earlier tonight due to his unsettled night the night before. After felas phone call zoe done the board with fela and he seemed very happy to see a picture of his bed. fela then listened to music and had his snack before starting his night routine. Fela had a lovely bath and done his night routine really well. fela in now in bed with music playing
