On my arrival, I said hello to Fela, then I had handover.
I went into Fela at 1.55pm and he requested a head massage, I did this using the small ball, after I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied aloe vera gel, at 2.30pm myself, Fela and Angelia did walk at home and Fela did brilliant and was happy throughout, after Fela relaxed and chose to listen to the drifters.
At 15.20 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied aloe vera gel, throughout the shift Fela as been itching his keloids alot, at 15.40 Fela had his snack and continued to listen to his music.
At 16.45 Claire did the makaton with Libby on YouTube with Fela, today it was the sign for the dentist, after Fela watched Mr Bean at the dentist, on YouTube, Claire cleaned Fela’s keloids and did the social story for sleeping at home with Fela.
At 18.00 Fela had his evening meal and really did enjoy the beef stew that Emma made, after I washed the dishes and Fela dried them with lots of praise and encouragement, he was full of beautiful smiles and very happy.
After Fela relaxed in his rocking chair and did some foot physio with Claire to show Teresa, after Claire cleaned Fela’s keloids, Fela then did walk at home and was happy.
At 8pm Fela had his evening snack and then had a phone call off Mama.
At around 9pm Fela went into the bathroom to get ready for his evening bath, Fela became very agitated, please see arousal state.
Once calm Fela had a lovely relaxing bath.

Fela as been itching his keloids alot today, I did offer Fela a facial trim but he very clearly said No.

Yes to 5 – Very Agitated When Claire passed Fela the basket, to put his clothes in, he became very agitated, he was jumping up and down on the toilet, he banged his head on the sink, he was rocking very hard and making gutteral noises, also slapping his legs, when I went to check on Fela he was rubbing the whole of his head with both hands, very fast, after around ten minutes Fela calmed.
