I arrived for my shift just before 4.30pm, I went in and said hello to fela then had handover from Zoe and Angelia.
At 5.05 i did the Makaton sign for dentist with fela then on you tube we put mr bean at the dentist. After that had finished fela had music on, I clean and creamed fela keliods.
At 5.35 I did the social story for staying at home and Fela appeared happy, we then sat down for dinner fela said prayer well then ate neat and tidy,fela seemd to enjoy his dinner and asked for more so had 2nd bowl.
After dinner Fela dried the dishes Then he went and relaxed and listend to music, I then did some foot physio with fela and showed teresa fela did the rolling the ball under his foot and picking up his sock and putting them in to bucket, fela did this very well.
I then cleaned and creamed fela keliods at 7pm. Once fela dinner had settled we did walk at home.
After walk at home fela had snack and drink then spoke to mama phone.
Fela finished on the phone with mama then went in to the bath room to start his night time routine, fela sat on the toilet and I took basket in to him, prompted fela removed his trouser and he did happily then became very agaited (please see arousal state). Fela did hit his right side just above his eyebrow on the sink can we please keep an eye on this in the next coming days Fela clamed and Zoe continued fela night time routine with him and he got in to the bath. On writing this report fela is in the bath.
