I arrived on shift just before 9am, Fela was finishing off upstairs. I prepared his breakfast, Fela then came downstairs, sat at the table and took his supplements, we then said prayer and he had his breakfast. Fela used the toilet after breakfast (large B/M, no blood). At 10am we went out of house, as we arrived at Burslem park it started to rain heavily so we went the scenic route home. We arrived back at 11am, Fela took his shoes off and sat in the lounge listening to music. At 11.50am, Fela used the toilet (no B/M), Chloe then did the board with Fela whilst I prepared lunch, Fela then used the toilet again (no B/M).At 12.25 Fela sat down for lunch, had his supplements and said prayer, Fela appeared to really enjoy his lunch and asked for more which was provided to him. Fela relaxed in the lounge, watching a DVD of choice (little women) as drumming had been cancelled. At 13.30 Fela used the toilet again, he then returned to the lounge but soon got up to use the toilet again (large B/M, no blood). Whilst on the toilet Fela signed to me that he would like a head massage and sleep. Once off the toilet Fela made his way to the sofa, he lay down and I popped a blanket over him, all curtains closed and phone unplugged, I then gave Fela a head massage. At 14.55, Fela was still awake and got up to use the toilet, I asked Fela is he would like me to press play on the film and he said yes. At 15.30 Fela had his snack. Chloe asked Fela if he would like to do some drumming, music put on YouTube and Fela played the drums for a short while. Chloe then asked Fela if he would like to do a jigsaw but he declined, I offered to read him a story and he accepted, he chose Hansel and Gretel, whilst reading to him Fela was happy, laughing and smiling. Fela the had music put on (louis Armstrong). At 17.25 Fela had his supplements. Fela then used the toilet and once out the board was copleted with him. At 18.00 I cleaned felas keloids as they appeared to be itchy. Tea was served at 18.05, Fela said his prayer and ate his tea. Fela continued to listen to music in the lounge. At 18.55 Fela popped his shoes on and used the toilet, he the put his rain coat on and we headed out for a neighbourhood walk, Fela appeared to enjoy the walk and fresh air. We returned at 20.10, he took his shoes off and as requested by Fela had his snack of peant butter on toast. Fela then spoke to Carla on the phone and was laughing and smiling throughout. Fela then made his way to the bathroom, and is happily splashing about in the bath.
