On arrival Fela was typing on the computer with Andrew for his education session. I said hello and Fela was happy smiling and went a little shy, I do think he was pleased to see me. After education I completed the teacch board with Fela and he was really happy, we also did the signs on the makaton board together. Fela then chose to listen to doe doe the deer music before dinner. At dinner Fela ate really well saying Grace before eating then after had his supplements. Fela then sat down for a while before going to the toilet before mac club. Fela remained on the toilet for quite a while and was very quiet. Fela then came off the toilet (see aroused state) once Fela calmed Fela chose to watch a DVD choosing the greatest showman. After about ten minutes Fela became vocal again but then soon calmed. I’m guessing Fela is really tired after looking at last night shift report. Fela had his evening snack watching his film and was very quiet. Both staff then supported Fela with his night-time routine. Fela is now in the bath on and off splashing as he is really tired. Yes to 5 – Very Agitated Fela seemed reluctant when putting his shoes on to go to mac club,taking his time and frowning a little. He then put on his jacket and seemed the same again only becoming a little vocal, once outside the house felas aroused state then went to very agitated, vocally loud, stamping his feet, and rocking side to side, I asked Fela if he wanted to go showing him two hands for yes and no, Fela tapping no and becoming even louder, I said OK that's fine and encouraged Fela to come back into the house Fela did still stamping his feet and very vocal, Fela sat in his chair rocking vigorously stamping his feet very hard and loud, I left Fela for a couple of minutes before coming back in and encouraged Fela to calm, I asked Fela if he wanted me to take mac club off the board Fela said yes, soon after Fela calmed, then started to laugh. Did he have a bowel movement? No Bristol score: Was Fela incontinent?: No Did he have vigorous exercise?: No – Fela didn't want to go out to mac club, he seems really tired.
