I have arrived for shift and said good morning to Fela then had hand over.
Fela is sitting in his rocking chair listening to music and having a cup of tea.
Staff have done some chores.
I have done the board with Fela and he seems happy with today’s activities.
Fela has then requested five so I asked him to turn the hour glass over and Fela did .
I have gone into Fela and again he has requested five.
10:15 I have gone into Fela and he has asked me to pause the music as he needs the toilet.
Fela has gone the toilet sat down and closed the door.
10:30 Fela has had snack and a drink, still listening to music, I have cleaned Fela Keliods .
Fela has got ready to go for a drive and a walk around Burslem park which Fela chose .
We have left at 11:00 drive to the park and Fela was quite but looking through the window.
Once at the park Fela was laughing and smiling as we got closer to the gate.
Once back at home Fela has used the toilet, washed his hands and then sat in his rocking chair watching shark tale with staff, we have all had a lovely warm drink as well.
Fela has got his apron and then sat at the table said pray well and ate lunch neat and tidy. Fela has asked for seconds and then gone into the kitchen and got some more bread himself.
Once Fela had finished Fela has brought out his bowl and finished his drinks. At time of report Fela is drying the dishes.
