On arriving for my short fela was taking his supplements, had hand over from zoe and Charlotte then I went and prompted fela to finish taking his supplements, fela brought his breakfast dishes in to the kitchen. Fela washed his dishes with lot of positive encouragement fela did a very good job. After he had washed dishes fela went and sat in his rocking chair and listened to phil Collins. I did fela board with him and he was happy and smiles with his activities for the day. While fela relaxed listening to his music I went and did some chores. Once finished my jobs I gave fela keloids a clean and creamed them. I then sat with fela while he listened to music then he had snack. Shortly after fela had his snack I got his bag ready and then fela was prompted to put his shoes on and to use the toilet we then got ready to head to the gym. We arrived at the gym just before 11 fela did very well at gym he 1st went on bike but didnt look to happy about it but shortly after arriving both cross trainer became available as they wee in use when we got to the gym fela kept looking at them so asked him if he wanted to finish on the bike he instantly got of the bike and went for cross trainer. Once fela was on cross trainer he was all smiles again and did about 20mins on there once he finished on the cross trainer fela went on the machine that just does arms with water he did this for bout 10mins in total fela did about 30mins at the gym. Once fela had finished we headed for home. Fela was prompted to take shoes,coat and scarf off. Once fela had done this he went and sat in his rocking chair and listend to greatest showman. Fela then had lunch fela became agaited (see arousal state) after lunch fela sat in his rocking chair and chose to watch a dvd fela picked to watch garfield 2. I updated fela board with him fela did this well and sounded out dvd and staff names. I sat with fela while he watched his fela used toilet so paused dvd then when fela went back in lounge put his film back on. As I write this report fela is relaxing in his chair watching Garfeild
