Updated the TEACCH board with Fela. He was giving an option to choose between walk at the park and walk at home. He chose walk at home. He was agitated.
House hold chores was done.
At 10: 37am Fela went to the washroom to urinate and he broke the bathroom mirror. On assessment, he was not hurt
He was served with his snack whilst he listened to music but was still vocal moving back and forth in his settee
Fela chose to watch TD Jakes instead of walk at home.
Lunch was prepared by Rob.
Before taking his lunch, he got hold of his timer filled with oil on his table and broke it. Pouring the contents on the mat. Then he walk straight to the toilet and back to the dinning room. We said prayers and he had his lunch and pudding.
He sat in his settee and watch television.
Fela was served snack and he was ask if he would like a nap but he said no.
Ruth joined me for evening shift.
She prepared dinner and I did other chores. Fela was vocal and unhappy.
He was served with dinner and he seems to enjoyed it.
15 minutes after eating he became calm listening to relaxing music. Foot physio was done.
He declined work out with Jules upon several attempts.
He was served with snack and had his facial trimming as well as his keloids cleaned.
Ruth prepared his bath and assisted him. When leaving he seems to be in a good mood.
