I arrived from y shift just before 9 am. Fela was still in bed. I had handover from Zoe, I then looked on fela cameras and fela was still laying down with the covers over him.
Around 9m15am I looked at cameras fela was sat up, so I went up to fela and he got straight out off bed and went in to bathroom. Fela used the toilet then got in to the shower. Fela completed his morning routine well and was downstairs for 10.05.
Fela put his apron on then sat down at table for breakfast said prayer well and then ate his breakfast neat and tidy. After fela had finished his breakfast he went and said in his rocking chair and listened to music I did fela board with him.
At 11am we started to get ready to go for a walk fela used thectoielt and had large bowel movements, we left fela at 11.20 and went to chatterly whitfield, we had pleasant walk around and went up the steps. Fela worked up a good sweat.
We then went to car and headed for home we returned home at 12.10. I prompted fela to change his top and then he went in to bath room and fela changed his trouser and put shorts on as he had worked up very good sweat. Fela then went and sat in his rocking chair relaxed. At 12.45 I cleaned and creamed fela keloids.
We had late lunch because wanted fela to abel to relax before lunch as we had good walk and fela had complete outfit change. So at 1.20pm we sat down for lunch fela said prayer well then ate neat and tidy. Emma arrived for her shift just as fela had finished lunch. After lunch fela went and sat in his rocking chair and listened to Joseph.
We then left to go and collect something for occasion that is coming u . We returned straight home. At 3pm fela went and sat in his rocking chair and listend to beautiful Barbados then he had his snack.
After fela had finished his snack we did some mystery arts and crafts then once finished fela went back and listened to beautiful barbados. Fela had his food spa and I cleaned and creamed fela keloids . Fela then had his shoulder massager on and send to enjoy this.
At 18.15 we sat down for dinner fela said prayer very well and then ate his dinner neat and tidy. After dinner fela sat in his chair and I cleaned and creamed his keloids and applied a dressing as fela Keloids was bleeding due to scratching .
Fela chose to watch dvd I tried to put on fela new dvd a beautiful day in the neighbourhood but fela kept point to pitcuted of little women in his folder and the dvd so put little women on for fela, staff did some chores. Fela then had his snack then once fela had finished his snack he spoke to mama on the phone.
Fela then started his night time routine with emma. On writing this report fela is happily splashing in the bath
