i arrived at 13.25pm and fela was very agitated.
fela finished his lunch and moved o his rocking chair and asked staff to leave.
at 14.25pm fela requested to lay down on the sofa and he slept for 30 minutes and used the toilet at 15.25pm . fela was still on the toilet for 1 hour and was refusing to get off and kept telling staf 5 minutes and was unhappy. i asked la if histummy was okay and ifit was hurting or not and he pointed to his belly so i arent sure if his bowels were abit stuck and blocked or if he was feeling unwell he just didnt seem himself at all.
fela got of the toilet at 17.20pm he had a bowel movement with no blood.
fela then had a small snack.
at 18.10pm we ll sat down for dinner and fela was very vocal and got very agitated when he was eating his pudding. he was punching the table with his fist and wasn’t happy at all being very vocal and agitated. also fela was slapping his head jurking his head back and forth, stopping his feet so me and chloe left fela to calm down at the table and he then calmed down. and at 19.00pm he went to sit on the sofa.
he was calmer sitting on the sofa and requested a DVD and he refused to do walk at home.
at 19.40pm fela was very noisey and rocking on sofa staff asked fela to move to his rocking chiar if he wants to rock an he didnt do anything after that.
at 20.00pm micheal arrived with the shopping so me and chloe put all of that away.
at 20.20pm ela was very agitated while eating his snack and became extreamly vocal and unhappy.
at 20.35pm fela had his phone call to mama and cheared up loads i havent seen him this happy all day.
at 21.00pm fela got into the bath for a nice soak.
all okay when leaving fela happy in the bath and had a upcand down day but ended lovely and clam.
