Fela was finishing off his morning routine with Carla when I arrived on shift. Fela came down and had breakfast and his supplements.
Fela then moved to his rocker and had a cup of tea with some music, Fela asked staff to leave the room. at 11.30 Fela got ready to head out for a walk. (please see arousal)
at 1.30 Fela had lunch. Fela finished lunch, moved to his rocker and asked staff to leave again. at 2.25 Fela requested to lay down on the sofa with his blanket. Fela lay there for an hour and I checked the camera and he appeared to have slept for approx 30 minutes.
Fela then took himself tot the bathroom (please see arousal)
Fela came out and had a small snack and drink.
Shortly after we had dinner (please see arousal)
Fela was asked to do walk at home but he refused, he also refused a foot spa.
Fela requested a dvd – little women.
Fela moved from being calm to very agitated on and off through the evening. Fela had snack and then spoke to Carla on the phone.
Fela then used the toilet before getting into the bath and is now in the bath splashing away

Yes to 5 – Very Agitated -at 11.30 we were about to head out for a walk and fela went to the toilet and sat and continually asked for 5 and was getting agitated on and off while sitting on the toilet, he was very noisy, banging his feet off the ground and jumping and down. Fela was in the bathroom for approx 1 hour and 45 minutes and moved from very agitated to laughing and giggling throughout
-at 3.25 Fela took himself to the toilet again and sat on the toilet for 1 hour and 55 minutes and was moving from very agitated to laughing and giggling the same as before. Fela would wipe and then sit back down and continually ask for 5 over and over again.
-after dinner at 6.30 pm Fela was having his cake and he got very agitated, he was rocking back and forth, very noisy, lapping his head, slapping the table, clapping his hands, hitting the table hard with a the side of his fist, making jerking movements, stamping his feet.
at 7pm fela calmed and moved to the sofa but has remained up and down since then again moving from being very agitated to laughing. at 8.20 fela was briefly agitated while eating his snack
