Fela was listening to music on my arrival, I had handover and said hello to Fela. Emma did felas snack and then he went into the kitchen a took more out of the cupboard and ran bk into the lounge laughing. Zoe then arrived.
Zoe did tea n I did the board with Fela and then I cleaned Fela’s keloids.
While taking his evening supplements Fela became agitated
We then sat down for dinner and said prayer, Fela ate fast and appeared hungry, Fela asked for more after he finished and became vocal, zoe gave Fela more and after he finished I gave Fela some cake, Fela became agitated while eating his cake on and off, wen he finished Fela became very agitated,
Fela was agigtated on and off after dinner while sitting at the table, we kept checking on Fela and at some points this appeared to agitate Fela, zoe gave fela lots of reassurance and at approximately 7pm Fela got up from the table and went to the toilet, Fela had a bowel movement and then went to the lounge, Fela then took his apron out to the kitchen.
Fela sat on his sofa and i put Little women on for Fela, zoe the board with Fela and he was happy, zoe then cleaned Fela’s keloids and he relaxed full of smiles.
At 8pm Fela had his evening snack and then relaxed before getting into the bath.
Fela is now happily relaxing in the bath.
