Fela was relaxing on my arrival, I had handover and said hello to Fela.
I prepared the evening meal and kept checking on Fela, Teresa did the board with Fela and then I cleaned Fela’s keloids.

We sat down for dinner and said prayer, Fela ate fast and appeared hungry, Fela asked for more after he finished and became vocal, I gave Fela more and after he finished Teresa gave Fela some cake, Fela became agitated while eating his cake on and off, after finishing Fela became very agitated, please see arousal state.
Fela was agigtated on and off after dinner while sitting at the table, staff kept checking on Fela and at some points this appeared to agitate Fela, I gave reassurance and at approximately 7pm Fela got up from the table and went to the toilet, Fela had a bowel movement and then went to the lounge, Fela then took his apron out to the kitchen.
Fela chose to sit on his sofa and Teresa put Little women on for Fela, I then did the board with Fela and he was happy, I then cleaned Fela’s keloids and he relaxed full of smiles.
At 8pm Fela had his evening snack and then relaxed before getting into the bath.
Fela is now happily relaxing in the bath.

While eating dinner Fela became vocal and then while eating his cake Fela became agitated, after he finished Fela became agitated on and off, banging his hand and arm on the table, hitting his head with the palm of his hand, rocking, very noisy, Fela remained at the table until 7.20pm, it seemed that when we spoke to Fela he would become agigtated.
