Fela was relaxing listening to his music when i came on. Had handover and said hi to fela. I did the board with Fela. After doing the board, Fela got up to get facial trim card from drawer and put it on the board. Fela ate well during tea and had his supplements. Fela was very vocal after tea so got him to sit on the toilet. Fela had loose stool and was sat on the toilet for a quite a long time. Eventually he got up and had a facial trim. Watched the rest of paddinton bear while having his evening drink. Took his bed time supplements and had his snack. got his bath ready and He is now relaxing soaking in the bath.
