On arriving for my shift fela was sat relaxing in his rocking chair listening to music. I went in and said hello then had handover from emma I went and did fela board with him and he seemed happy with today activities. Fela sat relaxing listening to bob Marley while fela was relaxing I did some chores then myself and fela did some crafts. Fela then had his snack. Shortly after fela snack we got ready to go out we went to rudyard lake and had nice walk round. We then walked back toward the car and found bench looking over lake fela sat and ate his lunch. After fela had finished we headed back to car and headed for home on returning home fela took of his hat,shoes,scarf and coat then went and used the toilet. After fela had finished on toilet he went and sat in lounge and watched dvd. Fela chose to watch “the perfect man” after fel film had finished I instrumental saxophone on for him . Fela had snack then had his sensory activity foot massager and shoulder on writing this report fela is in rocking chair with his massagers on
