Fela was at Mama and Michael’s house on my arrival, myself and Zoe Lou went in Fela’s car to collect him
We arrived at Mama and Michael’s house and Fela was still eating his porridge, Fela ate his porridge and took his supplements but this did take sometime.
When we returned to Fela’s house, Fela listened to some music, Fela had his snack and this took him approximately an hour to finish with staff prompting, after I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied Aloe Gel.
We had our lunch and Fela needed staff prompting towards the end, after Fela relaxed, I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied Aloe Gel, after I encouraged Fela to lie on his sofa, Fela definitely had a sleep, we could hear Fela gently snoring, he slept for approximately 1hr.
Fela woke by himself and went to the toilet, after Fela had his snack and chose to sit on his sofa, listening to relaxing music.
Fela as been vocal throughout the shift and needed lots of prompting from staff.
