When I arrived on shift fela was sitting in his rocker Listening to music. After handover I done the board with fela and he said no to drumming and took it off the board and put it back in the folder.
Zoe and I sat in with fela and all had a cup of tea. Fela appeared tired and asked to lay down.
Fela used the toilet and then lay down and requested a head massage off zoe. Feka was falling asleep while zoe was doing this. We left fela with his music on. Fela appeared to have slept for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Fela got up and took himself to the bathroom and requested time. Fela had a bowl movement.
Fela then came out and had a snack and cup of tea.
Teresa then arrived on shift and we had handover.
Staff got dinner ready while fela listened to music.
We all had dinner and then fela continued listening to music. Teresa done the board and we got ready and headed out for a neighbourhood walk. Once home fela used the toilet and then had his snack and drink and fell asleep at the table.
Fela then used the toilet and then requested his bath. Fela got into the bath and washed himself and fela is now splashing away in the bath.
