Shift Report:
I arrived on shift and had handover with chloe and zoe we then got dinner ready while fela listened to music.we had dinner and then fela continued listening to music. I did the board and double checked fela was ok with this yes or no and thumbs up and down . we got ready and headed out . Once home fela used the toilet and then had his snack and drink and fell asleep at the table he was so tired he went uthe toilet and then requested his bath.
