Fela was having a cup of tea and listening to music when I arrived on shift. We had handover, done the board with Fela.
Staff done chores, Fela then had his snack.
Fela cleaned his trainers and then watched the Breath church service on youtube.
Fela then used the toilet and remained there for approx. 35 minutes and had a bowel movement.
We then left and went to Michael and Carlas for lunch. Fela had his supplements and then enjoyed a lovely lunch and dessert. After dinner Fela started to scratch his keloids and caused them to bleed so I cleaned them and put a bandage on.
He then moved to the lounge chair and had a c up of tea while giving Michael his fathers day gifts and card. Carla then said a few words before going upstairs with Fela. Fela used the toilet. Had his snack, spoke to his nana Hazel on the phone and then Carla gave him a pedicure. At 4.30 fela requested to lay down on the red sofa so Carla said he could have a 20 minute sleep. Carla woke him up at 4.50 pm. Fela put his shoes on, said goodbye and got into the car and headed home to his house.
Fela came in, took his shoes off and then Claire done the board with him. Fela listened to music while staff done chores and then he had his supplements and his dinner. (please see arousal)
Fela then moved to his rocker and continued listening to music. Fela had a facial trim, used the toilet and after done walk at home which he done really well.
Fela then had his snack and supplements before talking to carla on the phone. Fela then moved to the bathroom, used the toilet, got into the bath and is now splashing away after washing himself.
