Fela got out of the bath at 10pm had his sleep tincture then used the toilet.
once upstairs fela completed his routine well and used the toilet before getting in to bed. fela id become vocal unhappy while using the toilet but as soon as he passed urine he was fine.
Fela was in bed for about 10.30pm and from looking at the cameras it looks like he was asleep straight away as he was laying down with covers over his head and could see his eyes.
I then heard fela at 3.30am and prompted him to the toilet fela used the toilet then got back in to bed but didnt go back to sleep. i could here fela humming and begin vocal on and off from 3.30 and from looking at cameras you could see his eyes and he was also sat up stright in bed happily rocking backwards and forwards.
I went up with fela cup a tea and supplements and fruit. one fela had finished he asked for 5. i gave fela five then went up to him he was in happy smiley mood. Fela used the toilet then turned the shower on.
Fela completed his morning routine well and was downstairs ready for breakfast at 8.40 fela was vocal while getting his apron on and on n off through his breakfast.
