I arrived on shift and fela was sitting in his rocker eating yoghurt and fruit. I said hello to him and then had handover with adele . and counted moneys with carla .
fela thn requested more fruit with yoghurt so adele got it him.
after carla left and then we asked fela if he would like to do some colouring and he relpied with a straight no. On 3 seperate occasions we asked him if he would like to colour and he said no.
fela kept asking for food . he wanted a jam sandwich with crisps. fela began getting vocal so i asked him if he needed to go to the toilet
at 3pm fela went into the toilet and had a small bowel movement. we did his lunch and he came out of the toilet at 340.
fela was very slow prosessing . wen fela had finished he asked for a dvd. so adele asked him o take his apron off and then he could choose one. he took his apron off and gave it me . i got the remote to put felas films on and he picked up the fan, extended it and was hitting the celing, adele told him to put it down he put it down and threw the plug dwn by adele . he then sat down and chose little women. it was already paused so i pressed play but fela ensisted he watch from the beginning.
emma then arrived and fela continued to get adjatated on and off throughout the shift. asking for food, he ran into the kitchen and went in the fridge and cupboards then ran into the bathroom
we then started tea and fela continued wih his film. he had his suppliments and we sat down to eat.
he then had cake and icecream.
fela then sat on the sofa listening to music .
fela then ran in the staff room and asked for peanut butter and toast. so he had that for his snack and a tea
fela then relaxed until it was time to start his nighttime routine . now he is full of smiles splashing in the bath
