I have arrived for shift at 15:51 due to going Flip out.
I have gone to say hello to Fela when he put his hand up and said no five and pointed straight to the door.
Fela is just sat on the sofa looking at his DVD folder , little we on dvd is playing on the TV but Fela is not watching it.

We have started to get ready for Flip out and Fela has gone to use the toilet, had a bowel movement, no blood.

Once in the car Fela was full of smiles and looking through the window.
We have arrived at Flip out at 17:28 due to traffic and all the road works.
Fela has gone straight in and put on his socks and bounced happily for 35 mins before getting off.
Fela has finished bouncing , took his socks off and put on his sand led, then gone to toilet and got changed as Fela had worked up a good sweat.
Once at the car Fela has had supplements, and then his dinner full of smiles.
Once Fela had finished and had pudding we have drove home.
Fela again was full of smiles on the way home and signing for toast, peanut butter and jam.

Once back at home Fela has taken his shoes of and then sat on the rocking chair why staff have put away shopping and done the dishes.

20:00 Fela has had his supplement, and drink of hot chocolate and snack.
20:30 Fela has had phone call from mama, while staff have done some chores and also run the bath for Fela.
Fela has come of the phone at 20:50 and has gone in the bathroom used the toilet.
Fela has then got undressed and got in the bath, staff have supported Fela with personal care and Fela is now splashing away happily. At time of report.
