fela did his night time routine so well. he was chilling in the bath till 9.50 got dry and went to the toilet . we went upstairs and applied all felas creams he put his jarmas on and brushed his teeth. he had a very large bowel movement . we then said prayer . at 1015 fela was in bed fela stayed awake till 11 laughing and hissing . 11 til 12 fela was awake then went back sleep from 1220 till 630. he woke up to got to the toilet then got back in bed . he didnt go back sleep . he had his waking suppliments followed by fruit and tea. he then had a shower . he did his mornigroutine so well he got dressed and brushed his teeth . we came down he had breakfast and suppliments and his now listening to music on the sofa with a brew .
