On arrival Fela was sitting listening to music. We had handover. I said hi to Fela seemed to be in a good mood but asked for 5 immediately. I then started to prepare dinner while Kingsley cleaned upstairs. Fela was very vocal. At 17.40 myself and Fela did foot physio and handle together. Once dinner was ready Fela asked for 5 and asked for me to go. After 10mins Fela put on his apron and we said prayer together. Fela ate well but remained vocal unhappy, he then had his hot chocolate. Afterwards he wiped the table and sat on the sofa with relaxing music. After 10mins he wanted to put on TD Jake’s. Kingsley then put on some tiger balm on. Later I asked Fela if he was ready to do walk at home but asked for 5 I asked again but was still vocal and asked for 5. Fela agreed to a facial trim I did this and then made Felas snack at 20.54 Fela became very adjitated making gutteral noises, rocking back and forth on sofa. He was asking for music I explained that once he finished his tea he could have a bath. Adjitation lasted until 21.10. Carla called to speak to Fela and he calmed so that he could speak with her. Fela was in the bath assisted by Kingsley at 21.20. Fela is now splashing in the bath.
