Shift Report:
- Arrived at felas House for half1. Didn’t reaise I needed to meet the team at mama and Michaels. Got to mama and Michaels and Fela was sitting happily at the table about to eat some dessert. Fela enjoyed his dessert a lot. After dessert Fela gave his face a rub with aloe Vera plant as it was itching him quite a lot. He then had a cuppa tea. Sometime later Fela went upstairs with mama he sat in the red sofa and had fireplace on. Fela came downstairs at 16. 55. Fela put his shoes and coat on with assistance from Emma. We packed the car up and then took Fela home. Once home fela took o coat and shoes off and went to the toilet and had a big bowel movement. Afterwards he washed his hands and then came to sit at the table to have his dinner. Fela said his prayer and ate his food neat and tidy. Fela then took his plate and glass to the kitchen. Flea took his apron off and came to the living room and sat on the sofa. Fela requested we put garfield on. I sat with Fela for a little bit but he then requested alone time. I did some chores while Fela chilled out. I went back in to Fela sometime later and offered to sit with him, Fela asked me to go and asked for 5 again. I kept checking in on fella and he was smiling and rocking back and fourth in the sofa. After his film had finished I offered some activities to Fela such as walk at home, story reading and cards. He clearly said no to all of these. I asked Fela if he would like to relax and he eagerly said yes. I put some music on for Fela and I sat in the room for a little bit. I then left him to relaxbas he asked for 5. I kept popping in to check that he was okay fela was full of smiles everytime I checked in him. I prompted fela to the toilet he passed urine, after he washed his hands and settled I gave Fela his snack and drink and 20.00. I sat with him while he ate his snack. Fela ate neat and tidy. After his snack Fela listened to music for a little bit while I tidied up. Kuda prompted flea to the toilet at 20.40 and Fela got into the bath soon after. Fela had a good scrub and washed his hair. Fela is now splashing happily in the tub
