22/03/2021 – Evening shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:

Fela was on the toilet on my arrival, he had been agigtated, I had handover and then I spoke to the plumber.

After Fela went into the lounge and had his snack and juice, Chloe did the board and Fela watched little women.

We had our evening meal and Fela ate well, after Fela continued to watch his film and I cleaned his keloids and updated the board.

We all then got ready to head out, we went on a neighbourhood walk and Fela was very noisey and appeared not happy, he was also sweating alot, so we decided on a shorter route, we completed a 20 minute walk and once by Fela’s Street he started to become quite and much calmer, once home Fela took off his coat and then had snack.

The board was updated and relaxing music put on, I then supported Fela with his night routine and he completed this well.

Fela is now relaxing in the bath.
