On my arrival Fela was helping Chloe with the dishes, I said hello and then had handover.
Fela relaxed listening to music, Claire cleaned Fela’s keloids and then did the board with Fela, at 15.00 we got ready to go out and run some errands.
We arrived back home for 15.40 and Fela had his afternoon snack, after Fela did some leaf stencils with Claire and I chatted to them while cleaning the windows, Fela seemed to enjoy this, after Fela relaxed listening to music.
At 17.25 Zoe Lou cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, Fela had his supplements and then evening meal at 18.05, Fela said prayer and ate well, after his meal Fela declined helping with the dishes and went to the toilet, Fela had a bowel movement, I noticed a small amount of blood in the toilet.
Zoe Lou did the board with Fela and he then watched The Bee Movie, while watching his movie Zoe Lou cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, after we both sat with Fela and Zoe Lou did some face tapping and a head massage.
At 19.25 I sat with Fela and gave him a head massage and we did hug and tug, after I applied aloe vera gel to Fela’s keloids, Fela is itching them alot this evening.
At 19.40 Fela had his evening drink at 8pm Fela had his snack, Fela appeared very tired and kept closing his eyes.
At 8.20pm Fela had a phone call off Mama, this appeared to wake Fela up and by the end he was happy and full of smiles.
At 9pm I supported Fela to get into his bath, Fela washed his hair with my prompting and did a good job, after Fela had a wash and then relaxed.
