Shortly after arrival it was time to take Fela to drumming. He was very pleased to be going. WE arrived a few minutes early and Fela waited patiently until Dan came to collect us.
Fela rushed, excitedly up the stairs to the drumming room, sat down and grabbed the drum stick ready to start.
He did extremely well and I have taken some video which I’ll put on the gallery soon, and also send to his grandparents in Barbados. Amazing how he has retained so much despite the lock-down, Dan was very pleased with him Fela was looking delighted huge grin on his face throughout, hereally didn’t want to finish when the 30 mins was up, he sat hovering with the sticks, eventually he did a final riff and was then reluctantly prepared to leave.
We decided that for the time being to increase his weekly sessions to a full hour.
After drumming we drove to Leek to collect his new tincture, He enjoyed the journey and his snack on route. I dropped him and Mama off at the house where Chloe was waiting.
