Shift Report:

Sorry this report is so late but Michael and I have been doing Team Fela admin, had an emergency management meeting and looking after Fela who was with us until 11:10.

Fela was in bed by 22:45, and asleep by 23:00. He appeared to be very tired. I checked him at 4:15 and he was fast asleep so I did not wake him up to go to the toilet. Michael greeted him at 7:15 with a cup of tea and apple. I came to greet Fela at 7:45 and he was still eating his apple but looking happy.

His morning routine was done from 8:05 and he was down for breakfast by 9:00. He took things slowly this morning, as he seemed to want to take things in at his own pace. All in all he had about 8 hours sleep. That would be ideal for every night. Michael made him a hearty breakfast of beans and toast. All supplements administered.
